5. Discount Medical Plan Organization (DMPO)

Sitkoff Mobile Spine & Rehab participates with ChiroHealthUSA, a Discount Medical Plan Organization (DMPO). Discounts are available exclusively to active members. This program is NOT insurance.

6. Medicare

Medicare beneficiaries will be billed in accordance with Medicare guidelines. Non-covered services are the patient’s financial responsibility.

7. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary. No guarantees are made regarding treatment outcomes.

By contacting us, you consent to receive communications via phone, text message, and email. Standard messaging and data rates may apply.

9. Limitation of Liability
